Welcome to Vertical Absolute Consortium Mission on the Mountain!

 The current need is to provide for the  annual 7th Community Improvement campaign for beautification , Litter reduction, reduce reuse and recycle and "Total" community Eco-Response to develop effective youth with rigorous refusal skills and to purchase property. We desire to provide education, workforce development, and health and wellness horticulture knowledge-learner volunteer and programs and reach as many as our facility will hold . This is why funding is so critical for the purchase of the grounds and farming equipment, bed frame and bedding, kitchen cafeteria needs, tables and chairs, industrial farm equipment and water infrastructure (wells and garden watering systems), and then we can keep fundraising to build more housing cabins and learning demonstration halls for research and hands-on-classroom learning. Individually with one student we have had much success, yet there is still a great deal of work to do on behalf of the other youth and adults we would like to start to serve daily, consistently and on a scheduled basis.  

Vertical Absolute Inc. Mission on the Mountain hands on outdoor in nature classrooms’ in a natural environment and providing a lifeline to vulnerable disadvantaged youth, for what we do, our vision of success is to see that every child, youth and young adult develops worth, determination and self-concept needed to transform their life and the lives our community.  The desire is that youth will thrive toward living protected, safer,  healthier and being taught how to respond to difficult relationships and circumstances with clarity.

Becoming sufficient to grow own food and live economically and mobile, continued toward life successes upon completion of “blue print” program of training, learning, growing and teamwork. We listen, and we respond with empathy. We keep families, stakeholders, and constituents knowledgeable as we engage communities with high-quality services and opportunities. The Vertical Absolute Consortium non-profit for -profit business service's, VAGC Mission on the Mountain realizes to foster change agents, that educational equity and excellence takes a diverse coalition of people united around a common purpose respectful conversation, honest service, uncompromising standards, a culture dignity and respect, and truthful transparency in reporting and holding ourselves accountable to our caring supporters, staff and youth.  

Mission on the Mountain classrooms knows as a result of our efforts to transform marginalized and underserved communities or privileged individuals, in strained circumstances who are directly impacted by the educational, social well-being, and economic inequities often re-routing our lives, an example must be reshaped. When present minded caring principled adults choose to assist and or redirect willing youth, no matter what the environment, knowledge or status of the child they will gain lasting change for generations and a lifetime. 

Vertical Absolute Mission on the Mountain welcomes our thrown away children, and families who have experienced fright, sex trafficking or risky behaviors not prevention guidance because of disparaging situations to include, harmed, broken or family conflicts in the homes or those who are in living unsheltered, court or foster care due to prison impact circumstances.

Starting to learn how to start growing our own food, we saw how living in a low-income neighborhood most depend on fast or processed foods and not whole living foods. We started to see the connection between food quality and behaviors. Seeing how not nurtured people often do not look hungry or sick. 

Our long term launch of the hands-on natural setting classrooms is emphasizing machine training, video and audio training, employment ready master level training to include farming fresh produce, our program navigates participants to meet their own food needs and get the most nutrition, make healthier choices, prepare or cook delicious, nourishing, and affordable meals all out of their limited budget. 

Vertical Absolute Mission on the Mountain will also guide with best food combination to plate from farm land field. Mission on the Mountain hands on environmental classrooms’, will introduce less common veggies and share with knowledge learner  students, fathers and families to create a marketable, health snack. The student will learn how to prepare, and store fresh ready produce through nutrition activities, raw or cooking demonstrations, and seasonal monthly health challenges.

It cost about $30,000 for a teen, youth or young adult to take part in the program for one year.  This amount covers things but not limited to the following, facilitator and instructor salaries, equipment and materials, seeds, menu items, bedding, open and refrigerated storage and workshop and mechanical shop or research level buildings. We are raising a modest but sizable chunk of this yearly tuition, when you and yours make generous donations.

Vertical Absolute retreat and residential hall for Mission on the Mountain has started and however, desires to fully establish a hands on Eco classrooms’ in a natural environment initiative is changing the narrative about learning and the environment. Youth ages 10 to 23 coming from disparaging situations to include, broken or family conflict in the homes or unsheltered, vulnerable situations, if they commit to a 24-month curriculum that is hands-on, and includes building practical, academic thinking and problem solving and life maintenance skills would disrupt many cycles they formerly found themselves. Staff and professional technical volunteers, mentor and others will work tirelessly to ensure attendees leave with achievement recommendations and skills for workforce placement and a reviewed belief in their ability to live a life filled with purpose and meaning.

Vertical Absolute Mission on the Mountain hands on Eco-farm classrooms’ in a natural environment for constructive learning is for students to have Creator God success and immediately start after leaving the program into growing and harvesting Eco-farm employment or self-employment and or corporate internships. 

Vertical Absolute Eco-class “Mission on the Mountain” hands on classroom is for students. Each student will gain a compassionate experienced educator  who has full experience in the area of expertise from an  individual who will teach the student to develop a distinctive marketable competency from experiential learning – literally learning by direct experience – or what we call “learning by hands on doing.” to master level learned completion. We utilize our mountaintop country natural setting environment campus, organic farm fields, night time star views and water creeks or natural trails as an Audubon Center “living classrooms.”

We work with one child, one teen, one young adult, or more and if presented to mentor families also during this time to identify existing barriers that limit or delay a total success for the enrolled student and his or her family. We believe in advocacy and education from the Biblical blueprint of resources and opportunities only He will provide to help us help each person reach their full potential, thus creating stronger fathers and family units and more restoration to communities locally and globally.

Our heritage sites create opportunities for extended resource training as living outdoor learning labs, for individual, youth, adult or families to transitions into “merchant mission” employment  from immediate skills and training consistent and accomplished.
