With appreciation and thanks for each one of your contribution to sharing the life saving simple habit of walking with a relative, neighbor, or friend. Here in Arkansas 41 % of the state is rural. Also 15% of the population of AR is of Ruddy-Tint, as we say at Practical Health Influencer .  With 241,000 Women being the make up as of 2019.  This is a minimal impact state territory and additional layers of foundational work must be achieved and accomplished progressively.
