A gift at this level initiates for PHI to add to the existing gift amounts and focus on the farm at the lowest levels and add to the funding amounts for school launch, living and lodging .  

PHI will grow, harvest and provide produce and fruit to regional and local market big-box or retail centers. We will give aspiring farmers a strong foundation in skills and knowledge gained so they will work well, be paid above industry wages for the local markets and gain freedom to research and present modern farming practices into farm production. 

The industry farm will provide a system for workforce for all people to include disabled adults, increase local procurement, produce to markets and the continued income for purchase of the 300- 400 acre ranch to establish the year round school.  The state of the art industry farm will thrive and focus on corporate partners bottomline, principled parent needs, food advocacy, community service, health disparities, public policy, cultivating character, sustainable agriculture and safety.

The online magazine freight-farms, on 18 Jan 2018 article by Rebecca Shamritsky, states, every school needs a farm on campus.  installation of the farming industry makes a great business case and corporations, having support in a farm that build workforce for the disabled and all people along with research and development on the quality of  organic produce, is one way to put your money where your mouth is.  When corporate partners do this it is an undeniable commitment to earth, humanity and sustainability. With farming we immediately shorten the food supply chain, cut fuel emissions, and decreases the transportation cost of the our farm campus , the parents and staff food operations movements.  

Growing on an organic farm deserts without  herbicides and or pesticides, and with 300-400 acres with identified springs and aquifers allows for less water to be used than conventional farming methods.   2019 Millennials (born 1981 - 1998 are finishing off their college careers and Generation Z-ers (born 1999-present) are just starting.  The article continues to state, More than the generations before them, these two groups care about making the world a better place.This impacts brand loyalty, purchase decisions, and job choices.  

Partner with PHI, and be listed as a partner with installation of this industry level farm to employ people to include disabled people.  An amount from the industry , regional and local retail markets will pay for the land and the school building, residential lodges, (students and staff)  curriculum and educator facilitators and volunteer or staff gifts/salary.  

PHI farms would change the distance game that most food providers are webbed into. Majority of fresh produce comes from California, Central America and South America. Our produce can travel thousands of miles, and consumers have little awareness of this or who is growing it.  Have local plants in regional areas in the US will allow for  a better understanding of production.  Allow the model of farm and fresh produce into the campus experience, support state of the art research and development. 

PHI dinning services, will also impact immediately food desserts and encourage more involvement from students and workers and community making people more involved in the food they eat in the dinning halls and home tables or from local stores and big-box retailers.

PHI farm industry will promote health, wellness, walkability and nutrition. We will grow exotic crops like tatsoi, mizuna, and radicchio and other local cultural favorites based on the population research. 

PHI farm industry will advocate for innovative technology to inspire emergent generation workforce, business case and future leaders. 

With corporate partners this will allow PHI to see commitment to promoting and exploring new and disruptive technologies. This Ms. Rebeca, continues will inspire them to purse sustainable solutions in their own fields. 

PHI knows plants will respond to many artificial stimuli just  like our bodies. However, there is a perfect way and will of our Creator. As GOD's servant said"there are many ways to practice the healing arts but there is only one way that Heaven approves of." What's missing from plants as they grow under artificial lighting. Why did the Almighty ordain the sun?

PHI will partner with middle to higher end fine dining restaurants to gain the freshest food year round. Delivery will be prompt and the freshest available.
PHI, has the vision to open a city restaurant that serves our produce, offer healthy menu, tasting tables, talks, cooking demonstrations, harvest parties, CSA programs, course integration what the PHI Education program and rally the community around the PHI Industry farm.  

PHI Industry Farm and Orchard will guide in the following:

1.Agricultural and Biology - hydroponic technology and growing new crops

2.Engineering and Industrial Design - design mechanics reviewing vertical commercial-grade in small places

3.Computer Science - automation and remote systems are real-world applications with constant data communication.

4. Business and Marketing - create business plans and financial analysis

5. Statistics - data is required to optimize  a farm to add or delete areas for growth and improvement

6. Sustainability balance - the farm industry installed for local, regional and big box sales all from corporate business partners and philanthropy or individual donations, is a great example of sustainability.  

PHI Industry Farm will also guide you with better method for working to prepare the soil before planting seed, growing seedlings and purchasing from seed bank, planting and watering dynamics.
